[ANNOUNCE] OnionBC Escrow launched!

Finally after a long time of development we are glad to present our new feature for OnionBC eWallet users:

The OnionBC Escrow system.

How does it work?

Well, basically it works like the escrow systems of well known market places. We now want to offer this feature for users who don't want to act on these market places and offer their products on self setup hidden services.

1. If you want to offer OnionBC escrow to your customers simply signup for an account on OnionBC and give your user name to your customers.
2. The customer starts the escrow transaction by entering your username, the price and a comment into the "start escrow" form in his account. From then on the Transaction will show up in your account. Until you take action, either you or the customer have the possibility to cancel the order at any time.
3. You deliver the specified item and notify the customer by setting the status to "in transit".
4. The customer checks the products quality upon arrival and either releases the payment to you if he's satisfied, or - if he's not or the product doesn't arrive - enters the resolve center to tell you his problems.
5. From then on both parties have the possibility to come to an aggreement within an formerly specified timeframe. If this doesn't happen the transaction is reviewed by an admin.
6. The admin gives both parties the possibility to express their pint of view and then decides after reviewing the information.

What are the fees?

In the entry phase there will be no fees for escrow transactions. We will add a fee in the future.

Who is the admin?

Currently our team will decide about disputes but a feature to choose an admin for the parties is already implemented. We just aren't clear about a system how to choose the admin without favoring malicious activity.
