Cryptopia holds my Coins in hostage( please HELP me!!!!!!) for 1 month

i withdrew UNIT (universal currency ) coins like 1 month ago processing still
they never replied to my ticket for more than 30 days
I need my coins to support my family

they never answer me  and the UNIT wallet has connections and working fine
but still processing....I am desperate

I dont know what to do
