Hi guys,

I'm also venturing into the mining business. We're thinking of using the following combo: Nivdia p106-100 GPU's combined with AsRockH110.

Especially keen to understand the quality of the Nvidia cards.

Looking to mine ETH, ETC

Thanks!

It is good that you decide to start mining,
type Nvidia p106-100 using CLAYMORE algorithm maybe you will get 20 MH/s - 24 MH/s for ethereum mining.
By the way with how many VGA you are mining?

the 106-100 almost same 1060 6GB, has a couple bit modification. better a mining on Zcash.most famous from NVIDIA is lower Power Consumption compare the AMD card.but for AMD more tweak-friendly

if you are looking to mine only  ETH, ETC, I'm not sure the P106 is the best option

I have one rig of it and not so powerfull on Ethash algoritm

does anyone the sol/s rate on ewbf like zec? i was thinking about p106 but being cheaper it might be a weak card. I had 1080 which pulls about 400-450 Sol/s on low power mode.

Thats definitely a fair price, are you buying these at wholesale? We'd be lucky to get these around the $375 mark here. I have AMD and Nvidia cards. I prefer Nvidia as they give you much more flexibility and in my experience are easier to overclock on a spectrum of OS.

Thanks for your reply, we're planning to put 288 in a rig.

288 VGA card, that's cool. I'm sure you're a millionaire because the price of 1 unit of VGA card is costly now in southeast Asia. I only have 15 VGA cards now.
I pray for your project success and smoothly later, good luck bro.

Just wondering about the Nvidia p106-100 resale value since it is mining specific where as something like the Nvidia 1080 ti has mining and gaming appeal, something to consider.

I get around 300 sols/s in Zcash, actually on Nanopool
