Suppose you have $5000 worth bitcoins and you want to cash out this money. You can invest that amount to buy digital services or products. For instance, you can get 5-10 Facebook pages with 1 millions targeted likes for that amount. You have to buy from a person who is ready to deal in bitcoins. Pay him using Escrow and get those pages.
