Can anyone help me with figuring out the easiest and/or cheapest way to deposit cash to a BTCe account.  A lot of the options are in russian i think and i can't read it.  the bank transfer method said there is a minimum of $500 and i'm not comfortable sending that much for a first time...

I sent them 2 payments of 1,000 Euros out to test the service (using SEPA bank transfer) - one that was credited quickly within a few days had the correct reference number they said I should add, and the other one I forgot - that one is taking time to credit. So if you do it, make sure you put the correct reference code in that is mentioned when you click your preferred funding option.

holy shit, you sent 2000 euros to "test it." if i were that careless about that kind of money i probably wouldn't be as interested in investing in bitcoin lol. but who knows spend more money and make more money...

maybe post in the marketplace? i've seen trades for BTC-E USD codes for things like bank transfer, cash in hand, moneypaks. it's been a while since i was in that subforum, though, i think is currency exchange.

Deal with a US exchange like Coin Market - we trade all of the popular alt coins that BTC-e does, and getting USD in is easy.

OKPAY is almost certainly the easiest way to do something like that now. You can use a wire transfer to get money into OKPAY

You should try an other exchanger.
If you think that btc e is cheaper, it is only because it is more difficult to send USD there.

So, at the end of the day, it will be cheaper to buy somewhere else.

I'd go anywhere but CoinMKT, they have no volume or order depth.

means not enough people buying or selling coins - you put up your coins for sale, but not enough people in there offering to buy it. I have that problem with BTCe in that I have Euros to buy Bitcoin or Litecoin, but most of the trading is done in USD. There is no currency conversion, it is done like Forex pairs, so only people who want Euro for BTC or LTC will put them up for sale to me... but not in a hurry, will wait for the right person to come along and sell, leave my buy order up there, adjust for pricing now and then..

lol..that's why I am using that site in the first place, to buy coins cheaper than anywhere else. There is a little volume here in the Philippines but not enough, I am looking to buy a large amount of Bitcoin and Litecoin for future use, not in a hurry to buy so will wait for the best prices...

Altough BTC become very popular today, it's hard to get BTC from USD
and more difficult to get  BTC from CC.
