So today I decided to make my very first transaction on coinsmarkets, this is only because the coin I want to purchase isn't on any of the major exchanges "bittrex &binance in my opinion".
After sending BTC to the wallet address, and buying the coin..
Gbam!! "Website is down"

What do the community think can be done in cases like this??

Personally I think the major exchanges can help in trading more altcoins as soon as they have being well vetted.

Yeah, the exchange is unstable as hell. And also they are often disabling withdrawing...The interface is pretty much the same as at BTC-e in 2012 or 2013.
I hope they can fix website sooner or later, because there are some good coins here.

Website is back up and I was able to withdraw my ECA into my wallet, although trading is still down and its only ECA withdrawals that's up for now.

Its 2 months already and I believe the company should be sued. Something has to be done about this level of incompetency in the cryptoverse.

They are holding investors money against their will and I believe a good example will teach upcoming projects and exchanges that there can be consequences.
