Been told it could be problems with the Stratum proxy as just changed the miners details to a different pool and works fine.

is there a way to still mine on Slush without the proxy ?

Cheers

OR can anyone recommend the best pool for the Blades, Cheers

honestly I've been having the exact same issue where the blade will hit my proxy, maybe do a few bits of work and then hang.  Wiresharking it reveals that it just sits there and sends an ack,rst packet from every port to my stratum host.

If you get around this I'd be really interested in finding out.

Where did you buy your blade from?  I got mine off ebay...

I've got extactly the same problem, and I've not got a linux box to test with a recent version of bfgminer which will accept --http-port. Gah!

My thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=294645
similar reports in the Erupter Blade Guide thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=205369.580

I've got cgminer running some USB erupters through mining_proxy just fine.  Looks like an adverse interaction between mining_proxy and the Blades.

Blades work OK off the stratum_proxy here - tested on Eligius, BTCGuild and Slush's.  The proxy is running on my home server (AMD E2-2000 running Server 2012, so not exactly a power-house).  I've got two Blades and 11 Erupters running through the proxy, and it's only using 5% of the Dorito CPU.

Are you using 1 worker for multiple miners?

Update:

Proxy is back working seems to be a problem at the Slush end,

Just got my new blades and set them all up on there own IP by powering them on one by one.

Having problems with the back plane power supply though, I can't seem to get it to turn on.

I have a few set of Yellow and black cables wondering if I could rig that into the +12 Rails and the GND ?

Or figure out how to get this power supple to boot up.

I recently solved the same problem everyone else is having with my two v2's:

Instead of connecting to eligius (my fav pool-- gives you more info than most others) via getwork, I used their gbt server.
'gbt.mining.eligius.st' with port 9337.  (Remember to put two values in ports and servers)

Everything's been working for 24 hours.

Hope this helps!

I've been running blades and cubes through mining_proxy.exe (windows) off Ozcoin's US stratum servers for about two months without a single issue. Just throwing that out there as a very stable pool recommendation. They also have active getwork nodes in US and EU if you need a direct connection to test.
