I see an info about The Cybermiles Testnet will hold on 30/03/2018.

They will lunch Testnet, so Can you guess the CMT price after this event?

It's nothing special as they are just reopen the same network, with the same code,but with a different token code.
Testnet tokens are made for testing and don't have any value, and I don't believe that the regular tokens will increase in value because a  lunch of testnet network, as testnet network exists in almost every  cryptocurrency and it's not something unique.

I wouldn't invest in cybermiles for the simple reason that they are trying to be something that they are not, "Next generation of Ethereums" as they call them-self , nothing close to reality.

There are like 20 Cybermiles threads in the last few days.  Give it a rest.  I was actually a fan of this project until their minions started spamming the board.  Now it just seems super shady to me.

I think if they launch Testnet and mainnet successfully, they will apply it to E-commerce
Alot of investors are taking care of its application
Maybe its price will increase in the future
