Have you guys heard of the DBoS (Distributed Boycott of Service) against PayPal today?

http://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23oppaypal

Thousands (me included) closed their PayPal accounts. Rumours say 20,000+ accounts have been closed. If you still have a PayPal acc I urge you to give them the finger and close your account. #oppaypal was the #2 trending topic worldwide until a few minutes ago (typical twitter censorship)

It doesn't necessarily prove causation but Ebay stock was down 3% within a half hour of the markets opening.

EDIT: Twitter finally grew a pair and uncensored #oppaypal after a huge backlash

How do I post an image? I'd like to post a screenshot

i think it won't hurt them at all if a view thousand leave, they have millions of customers. also the 20.000 is just rumors. Ebay stock going down might also just be usual fluctuation since they were on a high and there is a big fear of financial crisis in the u.s.
