Hi Miners, I have the same problem. my windows 10 crash randomly.

i tried everything suggested from this thread but windows still keep crashing.
end up I follow microsoft website to use windbg.exe to read windows.dmp file

and I got the following info using !analyze -v and .bugcheck, but need help to read it.

I still not able tell what went wrong.
Any help?

too many factors might be to overclock, Riser, Intensities etc.

post your hardware/Software specification details, miner used

SOLVED!!!!!

READ THIS ENTIRE POST I HAVE COMPILED 3 WEEKS OF DEBUGGING THIS IS THE FIX 100%

THIS IS IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 3 GPUS. I HAVE 12.

TRY ABOVE AND IF YOU STILL HAVE ISSUE THIS IS THE FIX!!!! FIX FOR CRASHING WATCHDOG GPU FAILER OTHER RANDOM CRASHES WITH ADDITIONAL RANDOMALITIES ETC!!!!
If you are using a b250 miner motherboard or have more than 3 GPUS plugged into your motherboard and have tried everything above and still having issues so did I.

I fixed these issues by:

  • First check your risers
  • Next check unplug each GPU make sure you are still getting the error.
  • Plug each GPU one at a time if you are still getting random errors like tstop or WATCHDOG ERRORS proceed to the final fix

FINAL FIX

CHECK YOUR FREAK'N PSU!!! FOR NEWBIES THAT STANDS FOR POWER SUPPLY!!!!!  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

You: ARE YOU SERIOUS THAT IS THE FIX MY PSU?
Me: YES!!!

You: I am having these random shutdowns errors etc. the system is going bananas randomly yo!!!!! I mean it will run for days then wamo!!! Juiced. Sometimes it will only run for like 15 minutes then WATCHDOG ERROR or tstop. It will hang when I try to shut it down!!! It sometimes won't shutdown at all. I have to hold the button down. Man, I have tried everything to debugg this except what you have here.  Will this fix work on all the mining software like Cminer, Claymore, Hiveos etc???
Me: YES!!!

You: Wow you are the man!!! Can I donate and give you some Ethereum???
Me: Outstanding. Yes!!! My donate link is below. Finish reading first.

It is very simple. The science. Each GPU requires a certain amount of watts to stay stable if you are running one power supply and the Watchdog: GPU hangs in OpenCL call, exit error that is and you have done everything above that means you do not have enough wattage being used or your power supply might be regulating the amount of power going to all your GPUS.

Example:

You bought an 850-watt (or less or more whatever!!!) power supply your like cool that would be more than enough to power each GPU. Nope if you have a ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT with Intel B250  READ THE FREAK'N MANUAL!!! Smiley. It is very clear it states:

In order to fully support 19 graphics cards mining, we recommend that you use 3 power supply units PSU that is designed for mining with sufficient 12 power plugs and provide a minimum power of 3750W in total (2 1250W + 1*1350W are recommended: )

READ PAGE 9 IF YOU HAVE B250 mining motherboard. If not read your motherboard 24 pin ATX power connector specs.

http://www.cizgi.com.tr/upload/pms_dosya/406/4287_8868793.pdf

Check your power supply for any buttons like "single" or "multiple" put it on single because multiple will regulate the GPUS causing WATCHDOG to flip out Smiley.

I ain't done yet and so aren't you!!!! FINISH THE READ...

Ok, this is a lot so I am trying my best to get you all the details so be patient. Here is the fix:

  • Add an additional power supply to the other power supply (using a power supply splitter) or go buy a bigger power supply 1500 watts etc. OMG, that is it??? Yes watch the youtube video below to find out how to rig two power supplies together to give your rig more power:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPUQjWDSddE
  • Plan "F (I DID NOT HAVE TO DO PLAN F THANK THE LORD... YOU NEED TO BUY OR INSTALL A 220V PLUG FOR YOUR WALL. Sad this is if you have over 12 GPUS)"
  • THAT WILL FIX ALL YOUR ISSUES TRUST ME I SPENT 3 WEEK 24 HOURS EACH DAY DEBUGGING THIS ISSUE.

Please give me Ethereum if this fix worked for you. Sorry if I came across a little crazy it's only because I have been gathering data from 20 or more sources and debugging for weeks and finally I bring to you a fix for your mining issues!!! Yay me.

Donate if this helped
