my bitcoin transaction is not showing up. i wonder why? i look at bitaccess and it doesnt show any numbers. everything says 000. i remember seeing it block cypher then the next day it shows 0000.. what is wrong? this happen to me through coinsource where i waited 2 weeks. today it has been 5 days already.
i deposited through a bitaccess atm. any one with experience?
I haven't used an ATM yet (ever), did they give you a receipt? If so, this this receipt contain a transaction id? If you don't care about your privacy, could you share the address you entered and/or the transaction id?
With the amount of information you shared, only the original company (bitaccess) might be able to help you.... However, if you deposited 2+ weeks ago, there is defenately a reason to get worried. Transactions are broadcasted instantly, and with the very low average fee we're seeing lately, a broadcasted transaction usually ends up in a block pretty soon.
So, you either entered a wrong address, they didn't broadcast your transaction or they messed up the transaction.... Those are the only things i can imagine happening right now.
