* I want a  World where no human activity is hidden except maybe for the activities of security agency.
I was wondering months ago if this would make things very difficult for the Patent industry. I later realized that the industry would even benefit more from such society. For example, if company "A" steals an Idea from Company "B" everybody will know because Company A Ideas have always been public before they were stolen. But things wouldn't be that easy for Company A in a non-transparent society.

However, the security agencies will still be able to hide most of their activities. But all the hidden activities must be recorded on immutable private Blockchain.

I think in a very transparent World the idea of patents will not be needed at all, also no secret agencies will be needed - as itll ruin the idea of full transparency.

I do not support any unified system and never will. It is unnecessary and unnatural... Just observe Nature and you will understand.

But I am not against people trying out ideas as long as they do not imposed them on anyone.
My own model will NEVER be imposed and I think it will work.

Individuals will always need privacy in order to be safe.
You can't have a democracy without anonymity.
You can't have anonymity without retaining some privacy.

Governments need to be transparent as they are working for the public, so the public needs to know what they are doing.
Individuals need to stay largely anonymous, as there is no safety of expressing your opinion unless you are anonymous.

As for patents, that is quite simple. You can have a patent and keep it a secret, cryptography gives us that with hashing algorithms.
With blockchains you can determine which patent came first, which is all you need to determine the rightful inventor of a technology.

But how useful are patents and for how long should they last? That is the hard question.
Without them, inventors are less motivated to invent, but with them, they are less capable of doing it.
You can't improve a technology if you don't have a right to use parts of it, that is the issue.

If there's already a patent then there's no problem. This would only become an issue for projects still under development. I don't know how lawyers would handle this but it could end up being a matter of public opinion. I remember that someone has came up with some fidget aid on Kickstarter and then some guys in China made cheap knock-offs.
