It's clearly a visual bug due to the recent hard fork PAC faced.

The current value ($0.01+) is related to the new PAC value while the circulating supply info etc are referring to the old PAC coin before the hard fork.

CMC hasn't really updated the correct info after PAC faced a hard fork.

I hope so or everything gets dumped again like what happened with viacoin.
