Why window coin node does not sync with ubuntu's nodes?

So I work in windows 10 laptop, run VirtualBox, run ubuntu there, compiled my coin build,
--> node A (hard coded node B's IP address, 0xaf7e25ee (175.126.37.238))

and I used VPS, installed ubuntu16.04, there I run coin build,
--> node B (server mode on by .conf's server=1)

now I compiled window build by gitian, but when run this node, it does not sync with above node A nor B.
why and how to fix?
--> node C (hard coded node B's IP address, 0xaf7e25ee (175.126.37.238))


Now node A and B's wallet program(-qt) are running and node A is mining too.
Then, node C should connect them and updated soon? But does not sync even after hours.

Should I maintain mining from node A for test?

seems not work now again. Same situation above.
