How to buy BTCBitcoin with fiat using debit or credit card with minimum fees? less commissions and transaction fees?

I know wemovecoins 7.5% commission
          CEX with 3% and transaction fees
          coinmama with commissions

and most of them need KYC and Bitcoin to USD rates are way higher in most of them.

Have you get any suggestions? any good services, input here with commissions pros, cons , conditions etc.

I use localbitcoins, I like it, done conveniently, do not require KYC, was 1% off the btc sale, and withdraw fee for pay transaction. you need to see what conditions the sellers in your area and your payment methods.

localbitcoin is ok but in my area Bitcoin price is very high with compared to the real market value
