Please, How can I determine good bounty managers to follow?

I am actually a new bounty hunter and what I have noticed so far is that some projects failed along the line and the bounty hunters' efforts go in vain when such occur. I do not really want to encounter much as I have chose to be participating in bounties.
Can you please help me with few of trusted, reliable and professional bounty managers that I can always follow their bounties and be rest assured 90% is genuine.
