Hey guys, I want to start mining BTG. When I download the wallet and start syncing it, it says it's 150 GB and my SSD is only 125. Whats the best way to do this?

All jokes a side.

Download Claymore miner, and mine via BTG pool and sending the rewards to an online BTCG wallet. No download whatsoever (except Claymore miner)

Merit me or don't.

Why download a full-node wallet?
Is your computer too strong for solo?
You're not good at mining.

!What is BTG, is this coin worth money? Why not dig ETH?
Or BTC? A small currency coin is not good?

Half good advice.  If you have Nvidia cards though you won't be able to use Claymore's miner though.  For most coins I download the full node so that I have control of the coins.  Since BTG is forked off of bitcoin though, the blockchain is massive.

get Exodus (easy to use and can store multiple coins).
Free wallet and wont take up much space on your SSD.

Not exactly free, but a Ledger Nano S would do the trick. Hardware storage for multiple coins. Saved me a ton of hard drive space in the past couple of years.

fixed it:

Why download full node?
Your rig's weak, can't mine solo
You're bad at mining
