Very strong stocks tend to break 3rd resistance a bit and then stop (sell signal).

IMO, we will test at least 2nd.

ETHUSD weekly rsi is ridiculously overbought, BTCUSD will rise more, so I think ETHBTC down (I would prefer weekly rsi above 96 there too but...).

I was actually looking at xrpbtc but I suppose same logic applies to xrpusd too.

In general, alt market is very bullish relative to usd so I would not advise shorting ALTUSD pairs, unless their weekly rsi is above 95 (this is the case for XRP & ETH).

BTCUSD is very strong too, so if you see ALTUSD overbought (weekly rsi), then start shorting ALTBTC pair maybe..

i thought you were referring to XRPUSD because seems to me that XRPBTC is still quite far from 80% retracement.
This assuming 0.0002 as double top area, not sure that's your actual target / probably i misunderstood.
