I would be willing to buy this if it does not have an expiration date and if it was obtained through legal and ToS-friendly means. I do not find the need to use the entire $200 through a limited amount of time, especially since the GCP services that I use are not expensive and would never reach that amount of money in less than a few months. If you are willing to give any information on how these were obtained just to confirm that it will not be revoked after a certain amount of time then I am all for it.
