buying the biggest dip(pers)

Lately in this bearmarket I have been rethinking my investment strategy.

I have been buying more of each of my coins to limit my losses.
which I expect to pay-off once there is a upwards movement again.

however I also have been thinking about investing in new projects such as:
Banyan network for example.

but.. it might be good to invest in the biggest dippers if the project is sound and the reason for the dip is just the market and not something serious.
then compare it with the ATH to get a idea of where it could potentially bounce back to.

anyone else looking at the market this way right now?
