I don't think so
(correct me if I'm wrong). Stephen Hawking's focus is mostly on physics, the universe in general(planets and blackholes and stuff); so even if he actually speaks about cryptocurrencies I really don't think it will be
that relevant as it's really not close to his expertise. That would be really cool if he did, though.
Anyway, rest in peace, professor.
"Look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see, and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious."
-Stephen Hawking
Wow... you've put a quote of him. Are you one of admirer? Yea, I know, he spent his life for physics, black hole, big bang, and something else. But he interests for artificial intelligence, war, and something else also. IF, he is still live for a few years ahead, I think he will give some note for decentralized system, blockchain, bitcoin and other crypto. Why should him to to give advice? Because he is a scientist whose no economic interesting about blockchain and crypto. He is different with Bill Gates, Mark Zukerberg, and friends.
