Neteller Question

Is there a time frame that neteller allows people to reverse the transfer? I am asking because I want to buy bitcoins with neteller, and would be willing to send the funds to someone trustworthy, and then wait a day or a week, until all risks of chargeback are gone, to receive the bitcoins.  Is a trade like this possible?

I always thought Neteller was pretty secure except for fraud, I was considering using it for some sales soon so hopefully that is the case.
