Hi curious about banking system and scams in centralized system. this is bad for every economy and the peoples who use that economy. from some days there are too many scams happen in india within banks that affect the balance of economy and increased taxation on middle man.

Can we develop decentralize technology to solve this problem? as people want's loan and banks has to give the loan to needed one. But how can we transfer to blockchain technology.
