Failed Credit Card->Bitcoin Services

I heard recently, possibly at a bitcoin conference, that there were a couple online services that offered the ability for customers to purchase bitcoins with their credit card.  These services began sometime in the last half year or so but have unfortunately failed since.  What were the names and/or websites of these services?

Not sure of failed services but I know Virwox has and still does work
