Why I stopped dealing with crypto and you should too

So, back in 2009 an unknown coder called Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin. Fine. The hype we perceived during the last months is not justified by anything! Millions of people wasting their time buying the bitcoin hype, because, whats the point for all of this in real life? I can instantly pay with my mobile phone via online banking or credit card, almost everywhere in the world and I don't need any cryptocurrency to do that. Why should I try to change that "bank cartel", when I can use my lifetime for things better than that, because it nearly won't make any difference? If I want to do a transaction in real life, I never used any cryptocurrency, and I'm fine with it. In fact its even far less complicated.

So bitcoin won't change the world. You should better focus on your own personal talents instead of wasting your time hunting behind some blockchain hype. Is this really what a fulfilled life is about? Hodl (and by the way, its spelled "hold"), "trading" (unpredictable gambling in my opinion) and mining (wich has a terrible roi)? If you are an awesome coder thats great, code some dapps or whatever. But not everyone is. Or if you bought bitcoin 2011, awesome. But not everyone did.

In fact the "community" has become more sketchy an everyone calls himself a "blockchain enthousiast, crypto fan, crypto plumplori, crypto whale etc.", but these are just empty words, theres nothing behind it. I don't want to offend anyone, I have great respect for the pioneer developers who make things possible, we "normal" people can't even imagine or understand. But there is so much greed an stupidity among the community, that I don't dare to be a part of that movement anymore. There is so much going on outside the crypto bubble. Invest in your education, get a job, do something for society.

Traders, spend some time with your family and friends, accept the status quo, that you probably might not become a millionaire in your lifetime, and be thankful for what you got. Just reflect, if this is really the place you belong to.

you are partly right, but personally I can not just throw bitcoin, no matter how bad it was, it brings me more income than work! And you need to somehow live)) I just catch the moment, there is bitcoin - I try to make money, there will not be bitcoin so the whole world will switch to something else.

You can do that. The question is how long will it take to send money overseas and how much will it cost. My bank doesn't work on weekends. Last year I sold something on Friday and had to wait till Tuesday for the money. And it wasn't the buyer's fault. He sent the money on Friday afternoon, but they didn't process it before the bank closed down because they need a friggin day to do it. So every time you're sending money from one country to another (even in the same currency) you have to wait 24h for it to be done. So the process started on Monday and the money got to me on Tuesday. And it's not some third world country we're talking about, but Central Europe, friggin Euro zone.
With Bitcoin I'd have to pay 1EUR and the whole thing would get processed 1in 15 minutes. That's why I love crypto.

Because that bank cartel has the right to take your money. They own it and if they decide that you are not allowed to spend it on this or that thing they will be able to stop you. We don't allow our users to gamble in online casinos, your transfer is denied! We don't allow our clients to pay for porn, you got blocked! If you don't care about freedom and want other people to tell you what to do with your money - your choice.

"this" is nothing different than everything else, in life you need balance. balanced time usage, balanced stress, balanced risk, balanced relationships, etc.
It's fine to be here, it's fine to try and play your hands as well as you think you can. as long as you're not here EXPECTING to become something or someone. unless you expect to be INFALLIBLE. But that's exactly the same in every aspect of life.

If you're a failure, you'll be a failure wherever you are. and vice versa.

I remember similar threads when the price was hovering far below the $1000 level, and still nothing has changed in this aspect apparently. One must be an utter fool to take the time and write this nonsense. Oh wait, it's done to 'warn' others, now I get it..... Or not, why do people need to be warned by a complete no-no, and most importantly, what for?

All these threads point out one clear thing, and that's faillure on personal levels. People who suffer such defeat can't admit that, and blame all sorts of external reasons to satisfy themselves falsely. It's like people gambling with Bitcoin. They gamble their coins on their own, when they lose it all, they blame Bitcoin, the site operator, Bitcointalk, etc. Look in the mirror and accept the fact that you're a no-no. If you come to sense, there is always place for you in crypto, because crypto doesn't discriminate. Keep your balls tight fella!
