I've been wondering how exactly Cex.io distributes more GH/s into their market.  Like when they put more hardware online or want to sell off some of their own hashing power from the reserves do they just sell it at market price because that would cause the price to drop dramatically every time they did.  So how do they balance new shares into the market without effecting price?

They did a IPO back then, after that no body knows.... but my wild guess is they would sell it to the market if they think its too high and buy back when its too low..
