I actually gave BG4 a discount to my retail pricing to make these.
I've praised BG4 (perhaps only privately?) in both his usage of my product to make something of his own, and his success in unlocking synergy to create value. Once again, great job BG4! You're welcome to use my products without permission for whatever you want, whenever you want. Same goes for everyone else.

I gave BG4 a discount for a large order, along with others as it was publicly advertised. He told me he had something planned for them and I told him I didn't care what happened once he got his hands on them. He might have shown me a prototype for a different product that was much smaller if my memory is accurate, but it was so long ago. I'm not going to take the time to look it up. BG4 can dig up whatever details on the situation he can find if he wants. My point is that no signed agreement was given and no evidence of any sort of agreement would be necessary for something like this anyway. I was flattered he felt my product was so nice that he wanted to work with it, and happy for him that he was able to profit from doing so.
