Can we create multiple accounts on bitcointalk forum using same IP?

I suggest do not make multiple accounts because it violates the rules in bitcioint forums. in the bitcoint forum we are prohibited from owning or creating account for more than 1 account. if we are caught having multiple accounts then the risk we receive is banned. I suggest obeying the existing rules so that we are banned by moderators. multiple accounts are strictly prohibited in bitcoint forums. so the bitcoiner play in a healthy way.
