13 GPU mining rig issues...anybody?

Before I get replies on now telling enough...let me knock it out of the way

7 - 1080 ti
1 - 980 ti
3 - 1080
2 - titan xp

b250m mobo
2 - bitmain psu only to power gpus
1 - 1000w psu to power risers and mobo
16 gb ram
celeron 3900

so it seems like equihash is the only algorithm that I can run on for days without giving me any issues.  Every time I try other algorithm, The empire strikes back (joke i told myself since i have two star wars titan xp) and gives me the F U sign. I tried put all the GPU back on stock settings and just under volt (thinking it might be power) but it still does it to me.  like raven coin i get something about out of memory and other algorithm just hangs it up...  my other rigs with just 6 1080s gives "zero" issue.....does anyone with this mobo gives the same issue?
