MtGox fees still discounted, anyone know the status?

Gox fees are still at the lower rate almost a full day after it was supposed to change.
Great. 
but,....
I sometimes take very small profits, are they going to charge us retroactive to the time it was supposed to change?

Was too busy to put the fee back to normal, and we cannot just change it back to normal the next day and have everyone be troubled because they don't know exactly when it'll happen, so we just publish a new date with enough time for everyone to be ready.
