Sorry I made a mistake, what I meant to say was that if you deal with cash traders on localbitcoins (as in, meet in public places for face to face direct exchange), as a seller, you can find buyers willing to pay around 10% MORE than what you will get in the market if you sell directly online. This is pure cash and because of the risk to the seller. So if market is 10000, you can sell for 11,000 no commission. This is my point.
