Help For my Faucet (Inputs.io)

Hey guys,

I am trying to start up a Faucet, maybe multiple if I get this set up complete...

I've made all my databases, and my files are configured...

I'm having one problem, and hopefully an experienced PHP Coder can direct me in the right direction on how to fix this

Problem Replication: Inputting Email in Text box, press "GO" and I receive the error

Perhaps you should post the contents of faucet.php, especially line 27 could be relevant ^^
