Liqui.io exchange support is sad...

I had sent Ethereum to my Liqui exchange account, which has not been deposited in my Eth wallet, though it was a successful transfer as per Etherscan. I raised a query (#29601), but inspite of repeated reminder and waiting for more than 5 days, they have not deposited the same to my Eth wallet. Their support is sad....

I'm in the ame situation for over 32 days now!    How can you contact these people?  How can I get my eth back?  Anyone with some experience on how to make these people move and resolve their tickets?
