altcoin get real-time notification local wallet

   Hi everyone, actually i'm building a webserver in Node.js from where i can start my wallets (litecoin,dogecoin, and many others altcoin).

I can generate address , get block count etc ... using 'kapitalize' module but now i would like to get real-time notification from my wallets when a transaction is in progress to update my database. But i find nothing, how exchanges website do. If anyone can help me that would be cool.
