How long does an okpay deposit take ?
Last time I did a small amount under 3 figuers and it was done almost within a day, but this time I deposited in the early 4 figures but it isnt showing up yet..

You mean you made a OKPAY account and then added money to it and sent to btc-e? And its not showing up in btc-e?

How did you deposit ? Via bank account ? If bank account it can vary depending on holidays and also it has to pass through some banks in between. If other method maybe because the amount was high it was on hold for verification. Happened to me but not in Okpay though.

No btc-e here. I deposited in Okapy, took longer than usual, normally it takes about a day, this time it was 4 days.

It's possible that they have high load now. I was using OKpay for some weeks and deposits were creditied after 1-2 days. Now they take up to a week. I had to contact support for one recent deposit, but they resolved the problem in less than a day.
