Who we are
We’re an established porn studio with
15 years of experience. Since 2015 we've been producing VR content in additional to a traditional one. Now we are going to scale our own business by starting a new project in LA, Hollywood. Executive summary
We’re going to carry out a crowdsale of utility tokens that give the following benefits to the token holders:
- the right to vote for content to be filmed. The token holders decide what our studio is going to produce
- a 1-year subscription of V that costs, let's say, $30 will be sold for tokens three times cheaper, therefore hence a user saves about $20 dollars or buys a 3-year subscription, as it were a 1-year subscription
- an universal token for the adult industry. It will not look like our competitors claim. Behind an idea of the universal token we have a solid business model and a robust strategy. At first, we have a lot of partners, even friends in the industry, with whom we’re going to partner on the following basis: they sell their services and goods for our tokens. The price in our tokens will be cheaper than buying in fiat. Why our partners are interested in our tokens?
1. They support our initiative
2. We open a door to a huge audience of our token holders (hopefully we will have such audience)
3. There is a huge audience that would prefer buying adult services and goods for tokens or cryptocurrencies rather than fiat ones
4. They can exchange our tokens for fiat currencies easily by coming to us. We’re going to form a liquidity pool of 5 mln dollars. It will definitely boost our token proliferation. Plus we’re starting the development of a marketplace and an exchange for adult tokens. Why? We know that some big players in the industry are going to issue their own tokens, but not going to hold ICOs. The market anticipates to receive a variety of adult tokens. We’re going ahead. We’re developing a marketplace that’s an accumulated hub of all the lawful adult services and goods that are traded for cryptocurrencies and tokens. The exchange is needed to organize such a single center that aggregates all the tokens and cryptocurrencies needed for the adult industry
The token economy is going to be backed by
scarcity. The tokens are going to become more and more scarce, since we’re going to lock the tokens that we receive from our token holders and partners. The received tokens are not going to be traded on an exchange. However, it also may happen, but only if our token holders decide it through their votes on our platform. It means that the future of our tokens will be determined by our community. We’re trying to decentralize as much as possible aspects of our operations.
About our project V
We have already filmed 2 videos with the following pornstars: Markus Dupree,
Mia Malkova,
Gina Valentina. We’re going to film over 200 sets in the style of Gonzo for the first year. After the first we start to film new VR content that will be available to purchase for out tokens in a cheaper way. More than that, we’re developing our own style in the industry. We hope our community well help us on this way by voting. We’re filming a high quality content (4k, 60fps)
Lotteries and Bounty
1. The token buyers will have an opportunity to take part in a free lottery of lingerie used once by a female parnactresses with link to the videos where it was used (It's an optional voluntary. Some like such things)
2. We’re organising a private party in LA (a villa, sportcars, pornstarts and so on). We’re going to invite 25 token buyers or more to join our party. The party will take place after the ICO
3. The bounty program will be announced after our presale is ended
Now we’re starting a private presale (a list of strategic token buyers is closed and confirmed, however we may consider some extra investors at this stage). After the presale, we’re going to launch pre-ICO that’s supposed to be held in early May.
