I'd like to buy 0.1BC with paypal. And i herd paypal is risky for seller etc, so I don't know if i waste my time here. I need 5 posts here to post on marketplace section and ill be so disapointed if everyone tell me no you're a newb, i don't trust you etc...

what to do ? And I tried bitstamp I need a photo id and some others stuff, it's pretty scary I only need 20$ worth of bc :/

Yea... you won't find anyone who will sell to you via PayPal.

More people would accept Skrill / MoneyBookers for a small amount I guess.

Bank Transfers / Bank Deposits

Western Union

Cheques

Cash in mail.

If I had Paypal $ I'd probably just ACH it my bank account and then deposit somewhere like Bitstamp. Or like someone else said, take the cash and hit up localbitcoins (although, to be honest, I haven't done that myself). You can make P2P trades in the marketplace -- things like bank wire and cash teller deposit are not reversible so someone may trade with you.
