Need help with an API call url

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm trying to figure out the proper API url to get the balance for a specific DNotes wallet address from chainz.cryptoid.info. All the API instructions are here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/api.dws , but it's not obvious to me how to construct the url to get balance for a specific address.
