as i can i see for the past post,is it true that this paperex is a scam?but why is it that still there i a post,hope the team will give us some update in here,waiting for new update
I have just received the e-mail from PayperEx about the exchange lauch update, after I have login in the official page, till nothing happened, without any update about this project.
I received a similar letter, but based on the message of telegrams, the exchange will live on April 2
(The launch date of the PAX exchange is Apr. 2nd
Please be patient.

I don't think the exchange can opening after 2 April , the page seem to under the construction, nothing have changed after the ICO, impossible work perfectly after 2 days left.
