Is there a 'best' way to do this?  What if I want to sell 2 BTC's for the current price of 10.5K or $21,000 USD's.  I do not want to sell them on Coinbase or Gemini.

Do I ask someone from my local BTC meetup? So if there is a buyer, they will bring $21,000 in $100 dollar bills with them in a brown paper bag...? (OK, maybe a backpack)
I think localbitcoin or paxful best for selling bitcoin without exchanger.i have not a much idea about this site but most of the people use this site and there service so make a decision in your self.So first create an account and sell a small amount for know about this than if you think its better and safe you can use this.

you can post on social media or you can check www.localbitcoin.com for exchange into your local currency. Or if you just want to make a deal into usdt then convert your btc into usdt and send the amount in usdt to the payee.

I find all such endeavors to be fraught with risk.  If you really need to stay off the grid, for whatever reason, then you would need to do a lot of small sales. If you're trying to avoid taxes then you risk the real chance of theft.  It will be a lot easier, a lot safer to go through an exchange. That's why they exist: they're convenient.

Thanks for the info, have you used this site and bought/sold?  Has anyone here?

I have used it several times and must say it has been reliable at all times. The truth, however, is that the experience might vary from country to country but with the escrow system, I doubt if you can ever go wrong. As long as all instructions are followed that is.
