The last time I transferred money to CampBX via a personal check, it took 3-4 days for the check to be received (i.e. thats when it was deducted from my bank) then a couple more days before it was credited to my CampBX account.
This time the entire process took nearly 3 weeks, and in addition I'm now getting the following error:
Your outbound Bitcoin transfers are temporarily disabled for
90 Days
due to a recent USD deposit.
You can click here to learn more about Dwolla deposit-related holds.
-------
Please note that I have never used CampBX + Dwolla together and have had my CampBx account in good standing for many months.
I wrote campbx support, and got the following reply:
"Dear xxxxx,
The postal service can take anytime from 7-10 business days. And our records indicate that the check already deposited on 10/28. Please check and get back to us if there are any questions.
Thanks for the business with CampBX, and we always value our customers.
Regards, --CBX Support"
-----
Please note that the credit already shows on my campbx account and the debit on my bank account. But they didn't even address the 90 day hold.
Nowhere anywhere on their site do they mention anything about 90 day holds.
My first support ticket was closed, so i've opened up another one.
I find this extremely upsetting and just wanted to warn others out there.
Please note that until this point I've had nothing negative to say about CampBx and have even stood up for them a few times over the past months here on bitcointalk.
Best of luck to everyone.
