HappyTown is a project to build housing estates consisting of at least 80 private houses as the standard solution and at least 40 ones as the individual solution. The main idea is affordable housing in private well-maintained house for the young family in any part of Russia. We adapt American technology of construction of frame houses taking into account high level of European and Russian GOSTs. Our technology lowers the cost of construction of this house, becoming equal value of one-room apartment in "khroushchobas" (five-story uniform buildings built in the 1950-1960s during Khrushchev`s leadership), meanwhile living space, quality and living standards are more higher.

Dividend part of the income of the project will be 50% profit of the company. Besides dividend token HTT will be a tool of partial payment of acquired property up to 25% of the total price of the house in development frameworks and also each 16th house will be up for sale for 100% payment in tokens HTT.
Accordingly, when purchasing tokens HTT the investor will be able to: • Get permanent dividends if you have tokens HTT in the account;
• Sell token HTT on the exchange;
• Pay for the house up to 25% of its price in tokens HTT;
• Pay for the house 100% of its price in tokens HTT if you win the lottery among
