I have one computer running in server mode, but I'd like have other computers to connect to the server and mine including my laptop when I'm outside.
Is that possible using ccproxy? It looks like .conf has a place to put proxy address, but there's no place to put username and password for that proxy.

Just tell it to allow the IP's from your other workstations.  You don't need a proxy as far as I know.
