Recently I joined and being  part of Community Manager in Telegram , as first timer I didn't knew that there was a paid salary but paid in COINS/TOKENs on it ? Did anyone here do that? How much did you earned?

It's depend on the project manager, each project manager will have different wisdom.
Better to you to ask the project manager/owner first before doing that job. so in the end of project you already know how much you will be paid on it.
