Of course it is scam.
If $35M giveaway didn't convince you, this probably will:

They are showing lots transactions but if you look at this address https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/3DU5B83grZpy9pZoFwW2hwgK6rpAWv2Uo7 you will see it is empty.
