Price prediction for ETH and BTC

                    As all you know currently the prices of almost all crypto currencies are dropping. After reaching almost $1500 for ETH and $20000 for BTC now the prices are at around $400 for ETH and $7000 for BTC. By looking at the charts what can you say ?. Why prices dropped this much ?. This is just my analysis about it. ETH and BTC 1 week chart based for this analyze of mine.

                    After breaking the previous high of ETH (around $400 - It was the previous resistant point) last year ( early December ) price shot towards the $1500 level. But after 2-3 months price dropped to $400 value again. According to the charts why it has dropped to the $400 level again ?. You all know that Crypto doesn't have a large history. Also you know that the market moves by creating Support and resistant. So by looking at the charts you will see that there were no any previous strong support or resistant ( to become support levels for current price ) except that $400 level. That is the first and only strong support level for falling ETH after it reached $1400 level. That's why ETH has reached to its previous November high value of $400 level. Now the price of ETH should go side ways. But if ETH depends on the value of BTC then the price of ETH may go further down until it reaches another previous support level at $275 ( around ) level. If it still falls than that price then the next good support is at $175 level.

                   The same theory should goes to the BTC. After it broke the previous strong resistant level at around $5000, price shot towards the $20000 level. As the way ETH has fallen down the price of BTC also has fallen down. But the problem is that even the ETH has found its one of previous good support level at $400 the BTC still has not found any good support level. The support level is at $5000 level. Also there is a good " M " pattern is forming on BTC 1 week chart. Also if we draw an up trend line on BTC weekly chart you will see still there is a reasonable gap between the current price of BTC and the trend line. So according to me there is a chance that BTC may go further down ( only based on charts. I didn't consider any news regarding crypto).

                   So this is my analysis about ETH and BTC. Keep in mind that this is not any kind of trading advice to Buy/ Sell or hold your position. This is just my idea. Any comments are welcome about this.

Yes. I don't say it will go until that said values surely. Those are the previous strong support levels. That's why I thought if BTC falls further down the the target price values for ETH could be above values.

ETH and Bitcoin are very unpredictable and as a investor. At this trend I think ETH and Bitcoin will go further down. I hope it will not drop to your prediction $175 - $300.

Are you sure? 300$->175$ is very low, BTC will be under 6k$-4k$

Good analysis! I'm not really into TA, but I do agree with your analysis. There really isn't strong support for Eth or BTC going up right now. it's more likely that they will both go down and this is just a temporary high.

There's a lot of market panic right now in stocks, and that will infect the crypto world. Unless... if people start buying crypto because they feel the US dollar will lose value from Trump's actions, then maybe crypto will experience a small pump.

But we all know that crypto isn't that mainstream yet. So most likely we're just looking at a crash incoming.

I don't agree with you about this. I don't think that the crypto will crash. Surely it will go up. That's not just a hope. Because the people take some time to adopt to a new technology. Specially this is a new idea for most of the people in the world. Actually the amount of the people who don't know anything about the Crypto is fairly very very large when comparing with the amount who know about Crypto. There are hundreds of thousands of people even has not heard anything about Crypto. But they all know about the fiat currency. So whenever  most of the people in this planet know about the crypto as like as fiat currency surely the crypto market will stabilize like other fiat currencies.

I hope it will not drop to your prediction $175 - $300.

I don't tell that 100% surely the ETH price will drop to that level. Those 2 are the next strong support levels for ETH. So if ETH still falls down then the next target prices will be those 2 prices.

Yes most likely. If ETH wants to go up then it has to break the two resistant levels at $800 and $1000 area. For BTC if it breaks the $12000 barrier then there is a high chance the prices to go up.
