Much better if you move this thread in the Services section under the Marketplace. Also here are my suggestions, ask for samples on their work before you hire them. Be clear on the rates and time frame for the job that you are planning to offer. Do not ask multiple people to write a whitepaper for you and you'll just select which one is best, nothing is free nowadays. Cheers!

Hello there,

As a content writer, besides the several crypto related article, review writings and business plan for an exchange company, I also claim ownership to be the writer of the vid-stream whitepaper, which is the whitepaper of a proposed decentralized video streaming platform that would be built on a blockchain.

Currently I am preparing the whitepaper for a decentralized forum, that would be built on a blockchain, but due to the terms of the contract, I am bind not to give full details of this job at the moment.

Don't hire a whitepaper author. If you really have a project, you really have an idea worthy of a whitepaper, write it yourself. I read your post and your language is capable. Get everything put down in a clear way, all your ideas contained. And then you hire someone who becomes more of an editor to clean up your work and make it more user friendly.

Do things the right way. Do things on your own. Sorry but this is the only way to create a successful project.
