If CPM mentioned on website count different for different countries. Then On an Avg. it will show. For an example :-

$6 for 1000 visit for USA
$4 for 1000 visit for Germany
$1.20 for 1000 visit for rest world.

Site got hit from USA :- 5 , Germany 2 ,  rest world 110

So it will count $6 for 5 visit as per USA rate , 2 for germany rate and rest for rest world rate and the LumpSump Avg will get displayed on Dashboard.

I hope u understand. But as Uclick Owner said $1 for all counting then it can't go under $1 at any cost.

As i discussed with some Shortner owner and found that Script is sometimes not counting single IP visit if same IP hits within a short interval like 10-20 second. That problem is due to 0 timer faucet. Best solution is either Increase Claim time of faucet. Or Make a chain of Shortners so that single IP hit back A shortner after a chain of B , C , D , E and then A

This will give more benefit to both , faucet owners as well as Shortner.

As They don't have Google ads on Shortener They don't benefit from "Different countries", currently the Ad Networks pay very little (cause of high bitcoin price) And he can't increase the cpm at the moment. I Think cpm will be increased in a week or two but for now it will stay 0.7$ for stability.

About the script not counting views , it's known problem and Uclick told they gonna check with the "CREATOR" of that script if he can update it , if not , they will do it themselves but it will take some time.
