Tested with SRBminer 6x vega 56 rig (powertable from vega minign guides 1107 SOC 1408/800 1100/800)
12050 H/s both versions of drivers +-30H/s

New drivers typically used for fixing bugs, adding some new features, and sometimes increase a little bit on performance. And also sometimes for offset new released cards.

The two nearly same driver's version wouldn't give you much different on performance, except the driver that specifically intended for mining. IMHO
