Ask for claim from Mt.Gox

Mt.Gox help hacker to take 0.907btc from my account. Bellow is all details:

Nov. 07, 2013
21:20 pm   I get one email saying 0.907btc was withdrawer from my account.

21:29 pm   I contacted Mt.Gox, ask them to stop sending btc to hack's address.

23:47pm   Danny replied me:Unfortunately the Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled. Please file a police report in order for the police to investigate the case and make an effort to retrieve your funds. We will cooperate with the police authority in providing the necessary information for the investigation, but we are unable to reimburse any stolen funds.

23:57pm  I told them again 0.907btc not reach to hack's address 12bkNHMfzqx16ipVcrvigcjEKQpNmgSJMq. It was in Mt.Gox' account.

no reply from Mt.Gox after that……….

So now I ask for claim from Mt. Gox. return me 0.907btc. Any one can help me?
